What Should You Bring to Your First Tattoo Appointment?
The big one is a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll also want to come prepared.
Eat a solid meal before your appointment, drink plenty of water and wear something comfortable that gives your artist easy access to the area being tattooed.
And bring your reference images.

When Should You Get Tattooed During Your Vegas Vacation?
This is a big one.
