Born in the Philippines, Victor moved to Southern California when he was 11 years old. He started tattooing at the age of 17 and hasn’t looked back.

If you love Polynesian Tribal tattoos, Victor is your guy—after all, he does hail from the islands. With a passion for the Polynesian culture, lifestyle, and rich symbolism, Victor effortlessly manipulates the flow of a tattoo to fit his client. But his talents aren’t limited to tribal tattoos. Victor is constantly working on his craft, and he’ll tell you, “Tattooing is not a talent that is given; it’s earned.”

When he’s not “earning his talent” you’ll find Victor hanging out with his family, golfing, fishing, or playing the slots on the Vegas Strip.
